Refund policy

Follow these simple steps to make a return

  • Initiate a return request using this form. Make sure you have your order number ready.
  • Schedule a FREE doorstep collection with us. After receiving the request, we will be in touch to arrange it. 
  • Prepare the returning items. If already assembled, please carefully disassemble the chair(s) completely and place them back in their original packaging.
  • Receive the refund.

Terms & Conditions

1. You have up to 30 calendar days to return your product from the date you received it, based on our tracking records.

2. 
Conditions to be eligible for return:

  • Products must be placed back into their original packaging, in intact condition (To ensure possible returns, please make sure to keep the original packaging box)
  • Products must be in excellent condition
  • There must be no missing parts

3. Damage fees:

  • Up to 30% of purchase value or product value
  • Determined after inspection of the condition of returned goods, overall packaging condition, and any other parts relating to the product(s).

Please note that refunds can only be remitted to a local bank account where the Bank Account Holder name is the same as the Billing Contact filled in when placing the order. Please follow up to five (5) business days for HINOMI to post the refund to your bank after we receive the information.

4. Returns for products purchased from marketplaces:

  • This returns policy only applies to products purchased through our online store.
  • Products purchased from online marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay, Shopee, and Lazada) are subject to the returns policies specified on the respective marketplaces. 

5. Assembly service fee: the assembly service fee is not refundable.

6. The cross-border payment handling fee charged by your bank is not refundable (Few banks will charge this fee).

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Do note that all refund and return decisions by Hinomi are final. You are responsible for properly packing your returned products. We are not responsible for any returns that are damaged. We will be sad to see you go, but if you do need to return your product, please send us your invoice number and product details via this form. We will respond as soon as possible with instructions for returning your chair.

The date you received your package is the date of delivery defined on the delivery tracking system of the transporter
